Why we started PTS
We saw too many clients filing blind.
Before PTS, we worked at other firms and noticed a pattern: returns were handed over signed without explanation, refunds arrived with no breakdown, and any IRS letter caused panic because no one walked clients through it.
We decided to build something different: a firm where every return is filed by a real accountant, where we explain what you're signing, where we reply on WhatsApp the same day, and where the relationship doesn't end when tax season does.
