Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, uploading documents, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our services

PTS provides tax return preparation and filing, certifications and filings, business accounting, and tax consulting. The specific scope of each engagement is defined when you contract the service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information. The quality and accuracy of our work depend on the information you give us. Notify us of any change that may affect your case.

Fees and payment

Fees are communicated before work begins and are billed through the portal. We accept card and ATH Móvil. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before we file or deliver final work.

Fees paid cover the professional work performed and do not depend on the outcome of your return.

No guarantee of outcome

We prepare your returns and filings with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee a specific refund or a particular result. Final decisions on refunds, credits, and adjustments rest with the Puerto Rico Treasury Department, the IRS, and the applicable agencies.

Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PTS's liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for penalties or interest resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is posted on this page with its update date; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
